Free Shipping eligibility
Orders placed on lookjade.com with a subtotal of $99 or greater will be eligible for free standard Australia wide shipping. Shipping discount will be automatically added at the checkout, no coupon code is required. Shipping discount is valid for team orders.

Dispatch timeframes
Please allow 48-72 hours from the date of purchase for your order to be dispatched from our LookJade warehouse. However, we will do our best to ensure your order is dispatched sooner if possible. If you require your order urgently, please reach out to us on support@lookjade.com and we will do all we can to assist you.
Please note that it may take up to 5 days from purchase for your order to be dispatched during high volume periods (peak trade periods/seasons, new product launches/releases, during sales and promotions.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our LookJade warehouse. Please then allow mentioned timeframes for the order to reach you.
Authority to leave
Authority To Leave/Signature Release provides the delivery driver authority to leave your parcel at your property when there is nobody at the address to collect the parcel. Authority To Leave/Signature Release means a signature is not required upon delivery of the parcel. Once the delivery is made, LookJade will hold no responsibility for any misplaced, misdelivered, lost or stolen orders. We advise you to select the “Signature Required” option if there is nowhere safe to leave your parcel.
Taxes and Duties
Taxes and duties vary depending on your shipping country and are calculated per your shipping country. As the recipient of your parcel, you are liable for any and all customs, import duties, and sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. You will be required to make necessary payments if any to clear and release your parcel from customs upon arrival.
International customers: We are based in Melbourne. Please note that your parcel may be subject to additional taxes/duties and/or delays when shipped to international countries outside of Australia. We will take all measures to ensure smooth delivery of your parcel but we do not take any responsibility for any delays and/or additional fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in your receiving country.
United Kingdom (UK) customers: UK customers, please note that UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched to the UK.
Discrepancies
We will do our very best to ensure every item dispatched from the LJ warehouse is correct, free from defects, and is of highest quality. However, upon arrival of your parcel, please inspect all the items and contact us immediately on support@lookjade.com if there are any issues or defects. We will evaluate and resolve any issues as soon as possible. Please do not return any items before getting in contact with our team.
